Each video is a single 6-second clip in 16:9 widescreen (720p) with sound. One generation = one credit: Plus includes 2 videos a month, Pro includes 12. New free accounts get one welcome video — a one-time bonus, not a monthly allowance. A generation only uses a credit when it succeeds — failed attempts never touch your allowance. Clips play right in the chat and can be downloaded from the video player.
Do text chats and round-table requests have limits?+
Text chat has no message limit on any plan, including guest mode. What differs between plans is access and media: free accounts get 2 AI images a month plus a one-time welcome video, the round table requires Plus (from US$9.99/mo), and Plus raises media to 10 images and 2 videos, with Pro at 50 and 12. One round-table request runs three AI calls, and fair-use rate limits may apply to heavy automated use.
Do photo-to-video generations share the video allowance?+
Yes — photo-to-video is available on every plan, including Free. Each completed video uses one video credit: from your monthly allowance on Plus and Pro, or your one-time welcome video on Free.
When do allowances reset, and do unused credits expire?+
Image and video allowances reset each month — at your billing renewal date on Plus and Pro, and at the start of each calendar month on Free. Unused generations don't roll over — anything you haven't used by the reset date expires. The welcome video is different: it's one-time per person and never resets. Top-up credits never expire and are only used once your monthly allowance runs out.
Can I buy extra image or video credits?+
Yes — Plus and Pro members can top up with one-time packs. Plus can buy 25 extra AI images for US$2.99 or 5 videos for US$4.99; Pro can also buy the 10-video pack for US$8.99. Top-up credits never expire and are used automatically after your monthly allowance is exhausted, so your allowance resets fresh each month on top of what you've purchased. If you cancel, the credits stay stored on your account but can't be used while your subscription is inactive — they're ready the moment you resume Plus or Pro. And downgrading from Pro to Plus doesn't lock anything: credits stay spendable on any active paid plan, including ones from the Pro-only 10-video pack.
What if I get a video I don't like?+
A completed generation always counts, even if you're not happy with the result — regenerating produces a new clip and uses another credit. The distinction is failure versus taste: a failed generation (the provider refuses the prompt, or an error occurs) never uses a credit, but a successful clip you dislike does. Rewording your prompt usually gets closer on the second try.
What if my image or video request fails?+
Sometimes the AI provider refuses a prompt — most often when it resembles a copyrighted cartoon or movie character, or contains content it won't generate. Just reword your prompt (describe an original character in your own words) and try again. Failed attempts never use a credit, so you only pay for generations that succeed.
How does billing work?+
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe, our payment processor, in US dollars (all prices on this page are USD). Payments appear on your card statement as "GEEK TECH LABS". They renew automatically each month. You can cancel anytime from the Manage billing button in the pricing section — it opens Stripe's secure customer portal, and your access continues until the end of the paid period.
